Geordie's Enchanted Gardens Canvas

Hi Fabscrappers, Geordie here I just wanted to share a canvas project that I created using the Enchanted Gardens collection , and a picture of my friends daughters. Aren't they Beautiful?

Step 1.
Tear your pattern paper, apply all over using pva and a soft brush and a soft hand . Brush a coat over top of pattern to secure. Choose your chipboard tittle and paint with gesso.

Step 2.
Paint bubble wrap with gesso and press to canvas in various places.

Step3.
Next take your material and pull stings from top and bottom (distress the material)

Step 4.
Layer your lace and then material centred (but not measured or prefect) in top right.

Step 5.
Cut patterned paper to frame your 10 by 8 picture ink edges of patterned paper

Step 6.
Tear music paper and ink edges slot either side of layers
Step 7.
Adhere all layers using either glue, hot glue

Step 8.
Create a ruffle with your mesh ribbon using stick strip and the finger to thumb method lay on bottom of layer(don’t adhere yet)

Step 9.
Chose flowers, handmade , paper, silk chochete, resin .lay on bottom left hand of well and build up depth, choose and add gems, metal embellishment and tile, lay into cluster. Move items around until u are happy with placement. (take a picture ) now remove each element and replace with glue don’t forget your mesh this is also in the cluster

Step 10.
Now this can be daunting but just breathe mix the gesso with a tint if u like leave it plain the choice is yours we will now spread the molding paste  to parts of the canvas using a knife and a mask and a small amount of paste.

Thanks for stopping by
